Durga Prasai Runs Away
Durga Prasai, a leader who held a protest in Tinkune, Kathmandu, to bring back the king, has run away. He is a medical businessman.
His group, called the "Nation, Nationality, Religion, Culture, and Citizens' Salvation Campaign," held the protest on Friday. It turned violent, and two people died.
Another leader, Navaraj Subedi, from a group wanting the king back, was locked in his house by the police.A top police officer told Rastriyaaawaj they are looking for Prasai. Many police teams are searching for him hard.
A Home Ministry official, Chhabi Rijal, said things got bad in Tinkune because Prasai drove a vehicle to hurt security people. He said, "We are watching those who broke things and stole. Anyone doing bad stuff will face the law."
